Clontibret club notes

December 04, 2018

New Pitch and Track

With the mild weather the grass on the new Prunty pitch continues to grow. The walkway is nearing completion but will not be available for use until it is fully commissioned. This of course means that we now move on to the next phase which is the erection of perimeter fencing, balls stops, goal posts and dug outs. To help fund this we are currently looking for another year’s contribution from our Clontibret Our Future members and if your promoter hasn’t already called with you they will be doing so soon. Try to be as generous again this year as you have been in the past as much great work has been done and we now want to see it completed. Promoters are asked to make contact with all their clients before the week is out as a big push is needed to finish up well before Christmas
