Team news: experienced Meath side for JFC clash with Kildare

Meath junior football team manager Conor O'Donoghue has named his team to take on Kildare in the Leinster Junior Football Championship quarter final at Pairc Tailteann on Wednesday.

The starting XV includes David Toner, Declan Smyth, Adam Flanagan, Paddy Kennelly, Ben Brennan and Kevin Ross. All six have already tasted O'Byrne Cup and Allianz FL action this year with the Meath seniors.

Johnny Lynch, Sean Reilly and Jason Scully were part of this year's U21 team. 

Meath went out of the competition at the same stage last year to a Kildare U23 side in Newbridge. That team included Jamie Reilly, Cathal McConnell, Ben Brennan, Michael Flood, Kevin Traynor, Kevin Ross and Daire Rowe.
