Donaghmore Ashbourne top Division 1 while St Poats are five points adrift of the leaders.

We are nearly half way through the All County Leagues and already there are some very interesting developments.

Under Sean Kelly, Donaghmore Ashbourne are flying at the moment. The Moores are unbeaten in league and championship football and sit at the top of Division 1 with maximum points from six outings. Dunboyne and Navan O'Mahonys are their nearest rivals with eight points. Reigning champions Dunshaughlin are on seven. Duleek Bellewstown, who failed to field last time out against O'Mahonys prop up the division with one win from their six games.

Last years Intermediate Football Championship winners Ratoath top Division 2 with five wins and a loss from their six outings. Moynalvey are in second place a point behind with Ballinabrackey and Rathkenny, who have a game on hand, hot on their heels. Nobber and Drumbaragh share bottom spot but have played a game less than the leaders.

Three teams, Syddan, Curraha and St Brigids share top spot in Division 3. Curraha's long unbeaten league run finally came to an end in round 6 when they were defeated by Bective. Jody Devine's charges are two points behind the leading group. Carnaross have yet to register a point while Drumconrath and Cortown will be looking over their shoulder.

Neighbours Moynalty and Kilmainhamwod top Division 4. Both are unbeaten with ten points from their six outings. St Vincents and Ballivor are a point behind At the bottom St Pauls are pointless while Intermediate side Longwood have recorded just the one victory.
