Big interest in Royal House draw before Christmas

December 18, 2018

The first draw will take place on December 29th.

A surge before Christmas could see sales for the first Royal House Draw, which takes place on 29 December, hit the €1m mark.

Sales are continuing at pace with the Royal House Draw and while chairman Peter O'Halloran is confident that the target of between €900,000 and €1m will be reached he admits it will be short of the maximum possible take of €1.2 million of tickets to be sold.

"It's unlikely all 12,000 tickets will be sold but that means that all ticket buyers have a better chance of winning as their odds have improved,” revealed the Chairman.

“Online and club sales are continuing and at this stage the value offered in the draw is really coming home with three houses up for grabs and other cash prizes way ahead of other similar draws ongoing at this time.

“While sales of the €100 option have increased as buyers use them as Christmas presents, €250 tickets (for all three draws) are still out selling them by two to one.”
