It may be Lá na gClubanna but there was one game on today's fixture list and that is the Allianz NHL Division 1 final replay.

Last Sunday saw Clare and Waterford play out a draw at Semple Stadium as extra time couldn't even separate them.

The return to the same venue this afternoon where surely a winner would prevail on this occasion.

With the sides' meeting in the Munster SHC in just three weeks' time, it will be interesting to see if they go all guns' blazing once again.

If last weekend is anything to go by, there should be no problems on that front.
