Champs: Congratulations to Louth Ladies on winning the All-Ireland Junior Championships on Sunday against Fermanagh in Croke Park and the best of luck for next year in the Intermediate grade. An Lú Abú.

Tickets: The winners of the All-Ireland Football replay tickets for our club members were: Gerry McKeever, Brian Hanratty, Peter Bannon and Ciaran O’Brien.

Louth: The Louth championships are nearly down to the trophy games, in the junior Glyde Rangers are into the final for the third year in a row and will meet the winners of Dunleer and Roche who played out a draw last weekend, the intermediate final will see Mattock Rangers play Kilkerley Emmets and the senior semi-finals take place this weekend with Geraldines against Naomh Mairtin in Stabannon on Friday night and the Dreadnots against the holders Newtown Blues in the Grove on Sunday at 5.30pm.

Bingo: Bingo will continue in our clubrooms this Wednesday 18th September at 8.00pm, jackpot €5,100 in 48 numbers.

ÓGSport: The Ógsport Lú winter programme starts this Friday 20th September, beginning with the under 11’s. Under 10’s and 8’s are also included on Wednesday’s and will continue until the end of October, all games will take place in Darver.

Social Dancing: There will be social dancing on Saturday 21st September in our clubrooms from 9.00pm, music by Brian McDermott, admission €10 and refreshments will be served.

Cúl Camps: The 2019 Cúl Camps were another big success with 3883 kids attending 40 camps over six weeks. That was 433 more than 2018, 2207 boys and 1676 girls. 170 coaches and the largest camp was in Cooley with 236 children, our own club had 73 that was 17 more than the year before and 83% of bookings were made online.

Slimming World: Slimming World will be in our clubrooms every Monday from 7.00pm with consultant Aveen 087-3620348.
