Naomh Fionnbarra club notes & St Annes Camogie club notes

There was no jackpot winner in Naomh Fionnbarra G.F.C. and St. Anne's Camogie Club Lotto draw held on Wednesday 3rd April. The winning numbers were 11, 20, 22 & 24. There was 1 match 3 winner Ellen Butterly, Duddestown who won €150. Next weeks jackpot stays at €10,000. Tickets are available from the usual local outlets, Lotto sellers and any committee member. Funds raised from our Lotto draw go towards the running of the club and your support is greatly appreciated. There is now also an option to participate in the Club Lotto by Standing Order. There are 2 options to enter by (1) pay €15 every 2 months for 1 entry per week or (2) pay €38 every 2 months for 3 entries per week. Please contact any committee member if interested. 

Well done to Naomh Fionnbarra men's Intermediate team who beat Dundalk Gaels in Round 2 of ACL Division 2 League 3-7(16) to 1-11(14) in Dundalk on Sunday afternoon.

Well done to Naomh Fionnbarra ladies's Intermediate team who beat Glyde Rangers in the Subsidary League 5-14(29) to 3-7(16) on Sunday morning.

Well done to Louth ladies senior team who beat Derry in League on Sunday.  Our own Deirbhle Osborne at centre half and Leanne Sharkey supersub starred for the girls.

Well done to juvenile players Fionn McQuillan and Aaron Kearney who have been selected to play for the Louth U14 Panel.

Naomh Fionnbarra walking/running track around the field at John Markey Park is open for use. Floodlights will be turned on at the track on Monday, Tuesday and Friday evening between 8-9pm and members of the public are welcome to use the track. Togher Fit to run Group use the track for training on Monday nights and encourage anyone interested in running training to join in. All users of the track must be members of the club (either Full or Social members) to cover insurance costs. The track will be open for use forboth Full and Social members all year round.

The club would like to express our deepest sympathy to the families of Sheila Kelly, Tullydonnell and Paddy Hand, Castlebellingham who passed away recently. May they Rest In Peace.
