Draws: The championship draws were made last Thursday night in Darver and we are in group 2 of
the senior championship along with St. Marys and O’Raghallaighs. The Marys and O’Raghallaighs
will play first with us meeting the winners and then play the loser in the final game. The other groups
are: group 1 Gaels, Mochtas, Blues: group 3 St. Patricks, Dreadnots, S. O’Mahonys: group 4 St.
Mairtins, Joes, Geraldines.
Meeting: There will be an Ógsport Lu meeting in Darver on Wednesday 20 th March. Topics to be
discussed are: fixtures dates, U11 league format, regional blitzes, rules and refereeing and
communication. All clubs Ógsport representatives are invited to attend.
Bingo: Bingo will continue in our clubrooms this Wednesday 20 th March at 8.00pm, jackpot
€2,500 in 48 numbers.
Coaches: Louth GAA coaching & games are looking for coaches for the 2019 cúl camps taking
place throughout the county this summer. They are looking for lead coaches(18 years +) and
assistant coaches (17 years) that should have at least completed a GAA foundation award, code of
ethics / child safeguarding course (within the last 3 years) and be Garda vetted whilst undertaking
compulsory cúl camp coaches training as part of the programme. Those that have coached before
need to resubmit all the relevant details again. Standard Tax and PRSI rules will apply to all coaches.
There will be 40 camps in Louth this year and they start on Monday 1 st July and finish on Friday 16 th
August. Closing date for applications are Friday 19 th April, application forms from the link below or the

Cúl Camp: The O’Connells cúl camp for 2019 will be on from 15/7/19 to 19/7/19 and online
booking is now open as from 1 st March on www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie
