Easkey (Sligo) and Beaufort (Kerry) both progressed to the All-Ireland Club JFC final today.
The men from the Yeats County enjoyed a 1-8 to 0-9 semi-final victory over Donegal’s Red Hughs in Ballinamore.
The winners led by 0-7 to 0-3 at the halfway stage and James Lindsay’s 44th minute goal proved decisive in the finish up.
Beaufort, meanwhile, pipped Dundalk Young Irelands (Louth) by 0-12 to 0-10 in O’Moore Park.
The Kerry champions overturned a 0-4 to 0-7 half-time deficit and Fergal Hallissey top scored for them with 0-6 (5 frees).
The final is scheduled to be played in Croke Park on Saturday, February 9th.
