Senior Men's Match Report:

O'Raghallaighs 2-12, St Fechins 2-10

 

The Senior Team made it two wins out of two today with a thrilling comeback against St Fechins. The home side were dominated during the first half and trailed 2-07 to 1-03 at half time.

 

However, the second half was a different story. The North Roaders come out re-energised and took the game to the Fechins. They commanded the middle of the field, creating and taking advantage of more scoring chances. This led to a dramatic last ten minutes, with the O'Raghallaighs emerging as the victors.

Fixtures:

Our Senior Men's team continue their 2018 League campaign on Sunday 22nd April away from home against St Josephs. Throw in is at 3.00pm. All support welcome.

 

Our Junior 2B team will play Dreadnots at home this coming Thursday. Throw in is at 7.00pm.

 

Our U18 team play St Nicholas next Monday, 23rd April, away from home. Throw in is at 7.00pm.

 

Our U14 team face off against St Nicholas this Wednesday at home. Throw in is at 7.00pm.

 

Our U12 team will play against St Kevins at home on Friday. Throw in is at 7.00pm.

 

Juvenile Training:

There was a great start to our academy on Saturday, with 23 young gaels taking part. Looking forward to seeing everyone again next Saturday at 11 am. New members always welcome to come along and take part.

 

Training for all age groups continues as normal next week. Remember that gum shields are mandatory for both training and matches.
