So the draw was made last night in Killoe with only one really eye catching draw, Dromard Vs Killoe.
The county board have already put dates & times on the fixtures, any reason as to why they'd put the draw of the round on a thursday night? This makes it very hard for players to prepare for such a big game and for supporters to attend.
Secondly it seems unfair as Dromard only get a 4 day break from there game, while Colmcille have had an extra 2 days.
What would you expect i suppose from the County Board!

The only thing that matters to County Board is the Gate. They dont care how you can get players back after such a short turn around, or get a team ready for a very important match on a Thursday.

Yea but would the gate receipts not increase if they put the game on Friday night, would make players and Supporters all happy, plus they'd make more money.
I'd easily say no one is happy with the game being on the thursday.

I'd say the Dromard & Colmcille lads will be munchn on Turnip & Brussel sprout sambo's all week ahead of the local derby.

Who will bite off more than they can chew? Will the cream rise to the top? Who can't cut the mustard? We'll know after this weekend's games.

Well the championship has been terrible so far! Only 1 or 2 decent games as a result of the draw!

It's very hard for a team like Drumlish to make any sort of a challenge this year the lost a lot of players the likes of James noonan David Cassidy Kieran Gill and so on if the had them players back the would be a real challenge
