Our walking / running groups are busy meeting up every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the club house, please feel free to pop along and join any day that you can make it.  People are making serious progress. Our fab children in St Patrick's National School are still showing us adults how it's done by getting out and running around for 15 mins every day, please see some photos in the Club Newsletter. Can we please remind everyone to be extra careful when out on the roads and wear a hi vis jacket when you're out walking, there are some in the club house if you need them. Keep up the good work everyone!! From Dromard GAA Healthy Club committee
