St Francis Dromard club notes

February 04, 2020

Culture Evening: Dromard GAA Culture evening was a big success on Saturday last, in Moyne Latin School. With approx. ten musicians, four storytellers, five singers and two dancers, a great night of entertainment was had by the large crowd that attended the event. A special work of thanks to Lorna Hourican, Chris Donohoe, Mary Kiernan for organising the room/backdrop for the event and to Bridget Kiernan for use of the Latin School. The night provides a platform for all to participate novices and experienced. A special word of thanks to Oisin Hourican (Cultural Officer) for organising the night and acting as MC. The next night is been planned for Saturday 22nd of February.

Townland Table Quiz: The 4th Townland Table takes place on Friday night next, 7th of February, in Breffni Arms Hotel at 9pm Sharp. This is always a great night with each townland pushing hard to become the brains of Dromard.  Lots of spot prizes, all welcome.
