U18 A-Championship: Congratulations to our Minor team St. Francis/St. Colmcille on who got the better of a very strong Killoe Óg teams in the Semi-Final of the 15-a-side championship, on Sunday last. Some excellent scores and brilliant defence were on show and then ended on a draw at full time on a score line of St. Francis/St. Colmcille 0.12 to Killoe 1.9. Extra time was the order of the day with our team showing their greater hunger and fitness, outscoring Killoe by 5 points to 2. The final score St. Francis/St. Colmcille 0.17 to Killoe 1.11. Referee David Tiernan contributed excellently to a great game of football. Congratulations to all involved.

U16 Championship: Well done to St. Francis/St. Colmcille on an excellent draw against Clonguish Og on a score line St. Colmcille's / St. Francis 2.14, Clongush Og 3 - 11. They must now win their last game against Killoe Og next weekend.

Under 14 Football Championship Finals Play off: St. Francis/St. Colmcille had an excellent win against a strong Carrick Sarsfield Saturday 21st on a score line of St. Colmcille's / St. Francis 5 – 13, Carrick Sarsfields 4 – 10. Great team effort from all involved and best of luck in the next game.
