Unfortunately our interest in the Senior Championship 2018 came to a very abrupt end in Pearse Park on Saturday evening against a much sharper and more energetic Abbeylara team.  We wish Abbeylara all the best in the remainder of the Championship.

 

Our junior team have been drawn against Fr Manning Gaels in the Championship semi final. 

The game will take place next Sunday in Pearse Park at 2.30pm. Best wishes to all involved.

 

Our annual church gate collection will take place this coming weekend at all masses.

 

Our lotto draw for a jackpot of  € 2,700 took place in The Forge on Sunday night.

As there was no Jackpot winner the € 20 winners were Mike Campbell, Ohill,  Paul McLoughlin c/o the Forge,  Geraldine Macken, Kelleter,  Tom Glennon, Micknagh.

Finally this week we wish to congratulate Sinead and Ollie Killian on the birth of their beautiful baby girl recently. Also congratulations to Ita Glennon and her new husband Denis Hallissey who got married last weekend. May you both have many many happy years together.
