The late Jimmy Noonan The death has taken place of Jimmy Noonan, Leahy's Lodge, Foynes and late of the Gaelic Bar, St John's Square, Limerick. Jimmy was born in Raheen 88 years ago and played hurling with South Liberties as well as been secretary of the club for a period. He took an immense interest in hurling and in his bar in Limerick, followers of the game were always welcome. His funeral was to St Senan's Church in Foynes and to Mount St Laurence cemetery.
