The Late Patie Moran The death has taken place of Patie Moran of Carrig House, Carrigkerry at Milford Hospice on February 17. He was in his mid sixties and the majority of his life was spent working in England where he became a successful businessman. He played Gaelic football with Carrigkerry, Kilcolman, and Athea before he emigrated in the sixties. His remains were removed from his residence to Saint Marys Church, Carrigkerry. The burial took place in Holy Cross Cemetery, Athea on Monday, February 21.
