The Limerick CCC are working to reschedule a number of club games in order to facilitate the Munster under-21 hurling final.

Limerick take on Cork in the decider at the Gaelic Grounds on Wednesday night as they bid for a seventh title in the grade, which will be televised live on TG4.

Limerick Bord na nOg had a hectic fixture list scheduled for the same night, but they are working to reschedule these games in order to allow everyone attend the game.

The sides met in the 2011 decider and on that occasion over 8,500 attended the game, but that figure is expected to be topped on Wednesday night.

Cork are set to bring a big crowd as they go in search of their third provincial title of the year following their wins in the senior and minor grades so far.

Both teams have impressed so far in the campaign, but Cork must plan without influential midfielder Darragh Fitzgibbon who was shown a red card in the dramatic semi-final win over Waterford.
