The time and date for the Limerick v Clare Munster SFC quarter-final has finally been confirmed.

Munster Council has announced that the tie will take place next Sunday, May 29 at 2pm in the Gaelic Grounds.

The provincial body could not confirm such details until after Tipperary's win over Cork in the Munster SHC quarter-final today. If the hurling game had finished in a draw, the replay would have been scheduled for next Sunday and the Limerick v Clare football game would have been fixed for the Gaelic Grounds next Saturday at 7pm to avoid a clash of fixtures.
