Richie Bennis is confident that nerves won't get the better of Limerick on Sunday.
The 1973 All-Ireland winner led the Shannonsiders to their last All-Ireland final appearance in 2007, only for a slow start to scupper their hopes against Kilkenny.
"There were a bit of nerves at the start in '07," he recalled in the Irish Daily Star.
"I think the reception they got coming onto the field got to us for a while until we settled. When we settled in, we hurled well.
"Whereas this time, they're after a rehearsal because the atmosphere between Cork and Limerick was no less an atmosphere than the All-Ireland final will be. I think that could stand to them, it's one thing they won't have to worry about.
"If they can maintain what they've done up until now there won't be a whole lot wrong with it."
