Mohill GAA Notes
May 13, 2013
The Gathering
We look forward to the Mohill GAA Gathering on the June Bank Holiday week end. All past players at home and abroad have been contacted and hopefully we have included everyone. We will entertain St. Lawerences GFC from Manchester. There will be underage and overage football, fun racing and fun football, a buffet in J's Hotel. Then finally on Sunday evening there will be a Variety Concert. The Concert will include local singers, Hip Hop dancing, Irish dancing and drama by the local Acorn and Junior Acorn players.
Fundraising
Sponsorship Cards are in circulation towards a big fundraising event due to take place Friday and Saturday 22nd of June. We are holding a 24 hour round the clock marathon training session. There will be some notable people in sport conducting the training sessions and it is open to everyone, even people from other clubs who wish to tune up their muscles.
Coaching
Matt Gaffey had a good response to his coaching courses, so we will be looking for great results in the next few years.
