Michael Luby RIP

The club extend deepest sympathy to Under 15 player Anthony Luby from Cloone on the untimely sad death of his father Michael. Michael lived life to the full was a great family man and leaves behind his grieving wife Mary and children Mikey, Ciara, Lauren, Conor and of course Anthony. May God give them the strength through this tragedy. May he rest in peace

Under 15

In a high scoring game in the championship, Mohill U15 boys just got the better of Leitrim Gaels in the last 10 minutes to emerge winners on Saturday last. This was a great display from the lads and indeed the opposition. TP McLoughlin the referee also added to the entertainment letting the game flow at all times. The players involved were: Luke Bohan, Daniel Scott, Michael Tiernan, Cathal Donohue, Diarmuid Casey, Tommy McNabola, James Foy, Cathal Keegan, 0-1, Adam McGuinness, Aidan Mulligan 0-1, Eoghan Duignan 0-2, Liam Flynn 1-1, Colin McNamara 1-5, Matthew Murphy 1-4, Jack Rowley 1-0, Evan Kilrane, Aaron McCrann 2-1. Next week they play St Joseph’s in Mohill on Sat at 12am. The second team play Carrick under lights in Cloone on Thurs at 7.30pm

Lotto Results

There was no Jackpot winner this week the numbers drawn were 1-13-21-24. Lucky dip winners were: €70 Darragh Gordon Mohill, €40 Shane McGowan Mohill, €20 Baily David Mohill. The Jackpot is now €9200.

County Final

Congratulations to Glencar Manor on winning the Senior Championship and commiserations to Ballinamore who put up a great fight on Saturday last. Mohill play the latter in Ballinamore on Sunday next to see who we play in the League Final.
