Lory Meagher Final
 

Leitrim contest the Lory Meagher Final on Saturday with a 12 o clock throw in at Croke Park with Lancashire the opposition. Best of luck to Kevin McGrath and the entire team and management and hopefully they come away with the silverware.
 

All Ireland Qualifiers
 

There will be two way Leitrim Traffic on the N4 Saturday as the footballers face Clare in Carrick on Shannon at 6pm on Saturday evening. Best of luck to Cathal, Jack and the entire team and management.
 

Esquires U12 Cross Border League 
 

Our U12's played McDiarmada Gaels in Bornacoola last Thursday evening. We let them run a 8 point lead up  before we got a hold on the game. Once we got settled we went in at half time up by 1 point. We started the 2nd half in the same fashion letting them run 7 or 8 points in front before we got to grips with them. Final score was 26 to 28 in our favour. A real high scoring game with lots of good football on display. Team: D McGirl, B Liu Doyle , E Bohan,  J McGoldrick, B Cunningham, P Gormley, J McDonnell, C Reynolds, C McCormack, U McNulty, K Lyons, A Bohan, A Keighran. Well done lads. Next game is Thursday at home to Clonbroney. 
 

U13/14 Regional Competition 
 

Both Southern Gaels U13 and U14 had wins last Tuesday evening in Gortletteragh. They both have byes this week. 
 

U14 National Féile 
 

Féile is starting Friday 28th June. There’s a great job going on preparing the park and  community center for the arrival of the St Catherine’s from Cork. Thanks to everyone who helped out so far. Maintenance and general tidying are still ongoing and will be until the 28th so anyone who can lend a hand or contribute in any way can get in touch with one of the following

All Ireland Champion

Well done to Fionn O'Leary who was recently crowned All Ireland Champion in the Easons Spelling Bee. A fantastic achievement, well done Fionn.
