GAA on TV this weekend: seven live and two deferred matches

February 09, 2018

The live cameras will be out again at GAA venues around the country this weekend.

Round 3 of the Allianz FL and the All-Ireland club SHC semi-finals mean there is plenty to watch on the small screen this weekend.

A place in the showpiece hurling club final on St Patricks Day is up for grabs with coverage of both semi-finals getting underway at 1.30pm on TG4. Na Piarsaigh and Slaughtneil are up first with reigning champions Cuala taking on Liam Mellows in the day's second game.

eir Sports have two live Allianz FL games which throw in at 7pm - Dublin and Donegal from Croke Park and the local derby between Cavan and Meath in Kingspan Breffni while beforehand there is the Lidl Ladies FL clash of Dublin and Cork at 5pm.

Sunday sees the Connacht ladies-mens double-header between Galway and Mayo as the centre piece of TG4's Allianz FL coverage while there is deferred action from Monaghan versus Kerry and Kildare's meeting with Tyrone.

For a round-up of all the action Allianz League Sunday sees Michael Lyster joined by Tomás Ó Sé and Sean Cavanagh at 9.30pm on RTE2.

On Monday evening TG4 has highlights of the weekend's action on GAA 2018 at 8pm.
