Clare's Ailish Considine is looking forward to next Sunday's AFLW Grand Final after helping Adelaide Crows to victory over Geelong in the early hours of the morning.
Considine represented the Banner in camogie and ladies football before signing a professional rookie contract with the Crows last September. Ebony Marinoff and Anne Hatchard were in fine scoring form as the Crows cruised to a 73-7 win in the preliminary final at the Adelaide Oval.
They will now face Carlton Blues at the same venue next weekend. Considine was joined in the AFLW this season by fellow Irish women Yvonne Bonner, Cora Staunton (both Greater Western Sydney), Sarah Rowe (Collingwood) and Aisling McCarthy (Western Bulldogs).Tweet
