"It's a huge achievement to have won four Leagues in-a-row and we're absolutely thrilled" - IT Carlow manager DJ Carey after defeating DCU Dochas Eireann by 3-20 to 1-17 in the Higher Education League Division 1 Final at Hawkfield in Kildare.

Carey's charges set down a marker for the Fitzgibbon Cup campaign and will hope to go one better than losing the Final in February 2017.

"If you were in Dublin or Kilkenny winning a fourth National League in-a-row you'd be really thrilled with that, and it's no different for us," says the Cats legend.
