Replying To Overlord:  "Congrats on the minor win. Question for yas and apologies if this was already answered - does clifford play senior for Fossa?
Which divisional team are they part of for county championship and are they still in it?"
David has played a few games at senior level for fossa and he plays with the east Kerry divisional team , which if you're in Tralee next Saturday you'll see him playing against kerins o'rahillys in the county quarterfinal.

Replying To TheHermit:  "He did Kilflynn proud :D

In fairness they were all a credit to their clubs, I hope your right about the 2018 crop it speaks volumes of our underage structure. Surely our seniors in a couple of years will be a sight to behold!

On another note, what were Derry at not starting their No 17, he was a fine player and could have caused us big trouble if he started!"
He's a grand player the hermit, his name is Calum Browne and I think the Aussies have him in their sights as well.

And ya you're our boys have done us so proud, 4 in a row hogan cups and 4 in a row minor allirelands.

Hopefully Eamon will leave his fear at the door and start to trust in the youths.

Tomás had a good angle on this you simply can't put 5 or six 19/20 year olds on a senior team together 1 as in Con. O Callaghan ont an established team of hardened stars he cited Tommy Walsh 2008/ 9 but with today's bulked up semi professionals it is a different story By all accounts David Clifford was gobbled up on Saturday in Senior 1/4 final all the nasty tricks employed against him by our own imagine his introduction to inter county Senio PhillMac et al will not have come into the parlour treatment waiting for him Patienc is required

I agree 37 after seeing David on Saturday I'd say a year at U20s wouldn't be a bad thing for him at all.

Best of luck to Peter Keane and the Kerry minor team tomorrow, it's going to be tough going for our lads against an excellent Galway team.

All the papers praising the current Dublin seniors winning or aiming to win four in a row while our minors are heading for an unprecedented five in a row, what a most amazing about this is that is the player turnover due to age changes and availability - some feat by Jack O'Connor and now Peter Keane. So ya best of luck to this team, there is something more steely about this current squad, traits that showed in the semifinal against Monaghan when a man down, a poin5 down and then to come back and close out the match..... fingers crossed they can create history tomorrow and claim the elusive five.

So best of luck tomorrow to Peter and Tommy.

Wow, what an absolutely immense performance in that second half when it looked like it was gone from us. Well done to all.

That's 30 straight wins at this level and five titles in a row, thanks to each and every player involved in all of these teams, what a run they have had.

Many congratulations to our Minors today. Amazing performance. Such heart and grit coming from 7 points down. Great spectacle also with both teams playing a nice refreshing brand of football. Kickpassing was a joy to watch. Kerry again the History makers[5 in a row]. God that sounds good lol.

Our boys found it hard to win breaking balls against a serious Galway middle 8 early on and thankfully Galway didn't take advantage of all the goal chances we gave them, young kelliher in goals made some saves.

When we got on top in the middle we could play the way we wanted.

Peter Keane never panicked when things were going against us, iv never been so scared during a game and never so proud of a Kerry team .

An Riocht Abu.
