The sudden and tragic death of flfteen-year-old Christopher O'Sullivan, late of Freemount, Rathmore and 37 Gleann Rua, Rathmore, on Monday June 10th has been a devastating loss to his family, friends and community.
Christopher had a great outlook on life and was always smiling, having the craic and had a warm greeting for anyone who met him. He also brought a smile to all his friends faces.
Christopher was born on the 30th March 1996 to Sharon and Jerry 0'Sullivan. He was the youngest boy and had three older brothers Tyrone, Daniel and Thomas.
He went to primary school in Meentogues, Headford and St Joseph's boys school. He attended secondary school in Pobail Scoil Sliabh Luachra and was in fifth year at the time of his death.
Christopher played football from a very early age for Rathmore GAA Club and was hoping to play with the Kerry Minors next year. Christopher had a great love of cars, sport and was a big Liverpool supporter as well as enjoying his Gaelic football, especially the Kerry team and his beloved Rathmore. Christopher was known on the pitch and by his friends as 'Connie' and was known to close family members as "The Bird'.

The O'Sullivan and Kelly families would like to thank all the emergency services, guards, ambulance service, helicopter crew, doctors and nurses of Kerry General Hospital for
all the support and help. Christopher's friends formed the guard of honour from the house to funeral home, his motoring pals at his removal. Rathmore GAA for the guard of honour to the church.
The families also wish to thank John O'Donoghue for the wonderful singing at the church, Michael Dillane for singing at the graveside and Fr Pat O'Donnell for all the support shown and to all the neighbours and family and friends in their time of need.
Christopher will be greatly missed by his parents Sharon and Jerry, his brothers Tyrone, Daniel and Thomas, grandparents Thomas and Evelyn Kelly, uncles, aunts, cousins, Brendan Morris, his son Jason and daughter Sarah and his wide circle of friends.
