A pre-match team talk from 11-year-old Michael O’Brien from Kerry was the catalyst for Wexford’s dramatic late Allianz HL Division 1A victory over Tipperary in Innovate Wexford Park today.

Davy invited Michael to deliver a team-talk to the Model County squad and today was the day.
Coach Seoirse Bulfin revealed “you could hear a pin drop” when Michael spoke to the players in advance of the clash with the Premier County.
