Kerry minors celebrate their Munster success

The search for a new Kerry minor manager has got underway.

Following the announcement that Peter Keane would be making the step up from minor manager to the role of Kerry senior football manager.

The county committee executive have been given permission to seek a replacement for Keane as Kerry minors set out on their quest for a sixth consecutive All-Ireland title in the grade.

It is hoped that the committee will have a prospective candidate in place by the November meeting of the board.

Names already being linked to the position include former All-Ireland winners Declan O’Sullivan, Diarmuid Murphy, Seamus Moynihan and Johnny Crowley.

There are fifteen county finals taking place this weekend with ten of those in football. Join our match tracker on Sunday afternoon for live updates from around the county grounds.
