Limerick under-21 captain Tom Morrissey is eager to make the most of his last year at this level.

Next Wednesday, Morrissey will lead his team mates out against a very good Cork side in the Munster final at the Gaelic Grounds and his aim is to continue on their quest for glory.

The Shannonsiders impressed against both Tipperary and Clare so far in the campaign and they have an experienced side despite it being under-21.

"A lot of us are in our last year of under-21s and we want to make sure that we have something to show for it," Morrissey stated to the Limerick Leader.

"There is no hiding it, we are a good team and we have expectations for ourselves and if you have high expectations you want silverware to show that you are a good team or great team."
