Waterford star Pauric Mahony was reunited with his number one fan in happier circumstances last night.

Jennifer Malone from Kildare was one of the first people to console Mahony following last year's heart breaking defeat to Kilkenny and a picture of the touching moment subsequently went viral online.

Fast forward 12 months and GAA fanatic Jennifer was one of the first to congratulate the Ballygunner clubman following the Deise's extra-time victory over the Cats.
