Galway minor hurling manager Brian Hanley admits that all the hard work is done in the build up to Sunday’s All-Ireland final.

The Tribesmen are seeking a third consecutive All-Ireland MHC title and standing in their way yet again are Kilkenny.

Galway came out on top when the sides met earlier in the campaign, but they won’t be taking their opponents for granted this weekend.

Hanley states in the Connacht Tribune that preparations have gone well as the squad are working hard ahead of the game.

“It’s brilliant and all about the collective which we keep talking about. All our subs have come on and made a difference and if we are to win on Sunday, it’ll be those that come on that drive you over the line,” stressed Hanley.

He added: “They’re in good shape, we have no injuries, we’re a happy camp and we’re looking to get a good performance. If it’s good enough, it’s good enough. If it’s not, there’s nothing we can do about it.”
