If Jim Gavin and the Dublin team need to read HS for motivation ye really are in trouble. yew_tree (Mayo) - Posts: 11230 - 27/09/2016 15:31:08 1919698 Link 0 |

I think its an interesting test of philosphies Dublins free flowing football Vs Mayo's pragmatic, defensive, physical game. TheUsername (Dublin) - Posts: 4445 - 27/09/2016 16:10:06 1919740 Link 1 |
Can you tell me what you're hearing? This thread doesn't make much sense.

I'm sure Mayo are quaking. This smacks of the Lion from The Wizard of Oz stuff. " Put em up, put em up, I'll fight you with one hand behind my back". Then when Dorothy (Mayo), smack their nose they start blubbing to the media "Aaaaawwwwww, what did you dat for?". Ulsterman (Antrim) - Posts: 9701 - 27/09/2016 23:02:51 1919966 Link 2 |

So Mayo are Dorothy from The Wizard of OZ and Dublin is a pantomime horse with a back pocket. Got to say Ulsterman, for such a sour guy, you have a quirky range of cultural references going there. avonali (Dublin) - Posts: 1974 - 27/09/2016 23:14:26 1919978 Link 1 |
Jeez Ulsterman.....you really, REALLY don't like Dublin , do you?

NO I really, really don't like hypocrisy, unfairness, double standards and the GAA being run for the benefit of county. If that cap fits Dublin, they wear it well my friend.

I think you must be the scarecrow Ulsterman. "...if I only had a brain". I think Dublin are on about 28 games unbeaten at the moment. There mustn't be too many teams 'putting it up to them' if they are only blubbing like a baby now. You'd count Ulster giants such as Tyrone, Donegal and Monaghan in that number too. I think the team that shows the most poise rather then strong arm will win the day if i'm honest. TheUsername (Dublin) - Posts: 4445 - 28/09/2016 13:42:00 1920156 Link 0 |
