Delighted to hear Malachy O'Rourke is now staying for 3 more years in charge of Monaghan. To me, this looks very much, like he intends giving some u-21's their chance & maybe even a change in tactics!....... Where as if, he was only staying for 1 more year, that would give the impression, he was trying to get one last hurrah out of existing team! Good decision as Malachy is a top class coach. He has done an amazing job with Monaghan. I know they didn't play well in the championship this year but with an injection of a few younger lads there will definitely be challenging for Ulster. To challenge for an All-Ireland they probably need to unearth another scoring forward to help McManus. Green_Gold (Donegal) - Posts: 1874 - 14/09/2016 14:53:49 1914200 Link 0 |
