Well seeing as a couple of Dublin posters have spent all year talking about Mayo in a highly unusual mix of contempt (most of the year)and in the last few weeks praise and a new found respect, then contempt again. So here it is lads lets get to the point instead of the mascarade of the topic being under another heading lets just have a free for all of minds games! Mayo were crap for the whole year but have managed to make an All Ireland final which deserves respect but......I still hate Mayo and want them to lose. Don't see any problem with having different views depending on the topic. dstuction (Donegal) - Posts: 1209 - 08/09/2016 14:07:46 1911852 Link 2 |
I think to be fair we more had an eye on Tyrone, Mayo have done really well to get to the final, who knows might even be there year, i've been really impressed with the lack of hype coming out of May, they are really coming in under the radar. I know its more strategic then a lack of support form their fans, you would have to say fair play, the benifit of expierence of a county getting very used to managing big days out. When under analysing the uncertainty compared with a left field ideas that lead you up the garden path, I sometimes feel the obscurity leads to less clarity of information. BlastCalyle (Mayo) - Posts: 206 - 08/09/2016 15:31:53 1911905 Link 0 |
Mayo coming in under the radar, they're not over the hill, have a mountain to climb, better not fall on their face, get their arse in gear, go at it full throttle, no half measures, show some spirit, they won't want for heart, Dubs are hard beat, no soft frees, pay with their lives, avoid dead ends, could be the start of something, they've nothing to lose, but can they win? Out of interest, why do you hate Mayo man?

The Dubs have already ironed & pressed their famous blue ribbons for Sam on Sunday 18th September... There can only be 1 winner in this ys All Ireland, this Dublin team has it all. It's not a case of who's gonna win but how many are the super Dubs gonna win by!!!! Mancirish (UK) - Posts: 2200 - 09/09/2016 14:03:49 1912251 Link 0 |
