(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Again, simple question

Not who you think will win, who you WANT to win..

I hope Tyrone win. Just fed up with Mayo at this stage especially the way the last management was ousted!!
Funny enough, I actually think Tipp would have a better chance against Tyrone in the semi rather than play Mayo!!

I like both of these counties. Tyrone because the GAA establishment don't like them. And Mayo because they play nice enough football.
I think though Mayo are not playing that well, so Tyrone should probably win- but a draw would not surprise me.

want mayo to win nothing against tyrone - we lost 2 finals in 90s (so did mayo) and then saw our greatest rival (clare and galway) win two- always supported them since --even wore green and red to support them in 2014 semi replay- for me it would rank just after limerick winning an all ireland

ill be hoping Tyrone can win..an all ireland Semi final vs Tipp would be an intruiging game and ofcourse there is some needle and rivalry with
all the accusations etc of what went down in the u21 all ireland final last year between the two counties..especially with a few of the players from both teams that day involved.however i wouldnt think it would play too much on the minds of the players should that match happen.but be interesting none the less

A Draw after extra time? Unlikely.

I reckon that if Mayo play as they have all year, they're in for a paddlin'.

Of Course, half the excitement of watching Mayo play is wondering what team will show up on the day.

No one wants Mayo to win. I'm feeling very unloved here. Time to adopt the Ulster siege mentality, us against the world. Now where did I leave Rochford's number?

Want to see Mayo win.
Think I will see them win too.
Hate the way Tyrone play football.
Not crazy about their supporters either.

10 years ago and I think the answer would be Mayo to a man. We've had a few instances since involving the team directly such as ousting management, the time wasting keep ball when winning games, or individual actions of the likes of Boyle or o'Shea. Worse again is the embarrassing Mayo4SAM crap from the fans or the utterly cringeworthy "Mayo Day". Plenty of reports from Donegal and Ros fans of them being unsavory winners also. Moral is that whereas once everyone had pity for Mayo and they we're a lot of peoples "second team", much of that good feeling has fallen by the wayside in recent years.

And the Dubs/Donegal to phone in sick for the other semifinal, so a carlsburg final for the Kingdom!

Ha I have to correct you...Mayo day has nothing to do with the football team.
