Folks what a performance from Kerry. The best performance I seen in croke park in 30 years. An amazing display of kick passing and destroyed Kildare. With one name on the cup who can stop them now?

Kildare were dreadful today, were just hoping for final whistle. Tougher tests ahead for Kerry.
I see James O'Donoghue's penalty decision today went against him. Pay back for a fluky one v Cork. Downside is he picked up a bad injury.

Kerry were outstanding for 70 minutes, they snuffed out any spirit that kildare showed by their brick wall defending and sickened them with lethal long ball and scoring. Easy to watch them even when it is that one sided. It will take a massive team and a massive effort to stop them, if at all possible.

Kerry were extremely good yes, but I have to say I thought Kildare were absolutely pathetic in the second half. Being completely honest they only got this far because of a very kind draw. The only notable win they had all season was against Cork and they just weren't at the races at all after losing the Munster final replay. Their other wins came against Laois after a replay (who went on to lose a 1st round qualifier against Antrim.), Offaly and Longford. Not exactly the country's elite teams. I still think Monaghan can give them a stern test if they get through Tyrone.

joe brolly praised kerry for their ruthlessness when the game was truly over and killian young pulled down kildare forward with both hands aka sean cavanagh did against monaghan a couple of years ago.the difference between now and then shows brollys true colours.by the way the player did not get a yellow card never mind a black card. but there no sense that this was againsst the spirit of the game.i am surprised none of the other panel mentioned this or michael lyster

All Ireland betting 6/5 Dublin 6/4 Kerry.... Question , Why would CP have a Kerry Referee refereing the Dublin v Fearmanagh QF.

Kerry's performance was a thing of beauty to behold...even if Kildare were abject. Hopefully the winner of Monaghan/Tyrone will provide a more competitive matchup.

Good performance, Kildare are a poor team, a division 3 team light years behind the big 4!!

Absolutely unstoppable. No doubt though that they are 10 times better without 'star'. Instead of hoofing long balls into Carmelo Chamberlain, they actually played through the opposition. I can't see any team stopping that Kerry 15 even if they are untested at this point. Easily the new favourites for Sam now.

Same thought ran through my head James, these things have a habit of evening themselves out.

As for you KY, were you not installing Kildare as favourites for this game? Poor judgement for a Kerry man!!

Very impressive from Kerry but Kildare were awful. To be honest I didn't see it coming. Thought Kildare would put up a fight and build on the Cork win.

Glad to see you also enjoyed his injury..seems like James injury brought enjoyment to lots of ye on a one sided game.

On Kildare, they hammered Cork last week so I did give them the respect they deserved and they seemed to be high in confidence. Howeve tr the first goal took the wind out of their sails. I dont think anyone could envisage such a beating and will be hard for Kerry to maintain such a high level of performance. Bad prediction by myself i do admit Muckross.

KY, nowhere did I say that I enjoyed seeing J O'D picking up an injury, neither did the original poster. That is just dishonesty on your part.

All we said is that it occurred to us that what goes round sometimes comes around.

I think the quote by the previous poster of "karma" was in reference to him getting injured while trying to win another penalty..thats the way i read it
