You know things ARE going well when...

In response to Muckross' I've decided to do the opposite.. You know things ARE going well when ...

You can play a different sport (Rugby for example) during a game of Gaelic football and still help your team to a Leinster title....

Any more lads ?

You know things are going well..... for Ulster football.... when the GAA and the media start a campaign to change the rules and take the physicality out of the game. Think of the poor Kerry players!!!!

When you take a kick-out facing your own goal and you score a point for your team, even Cluxton can't do that!

When you burst outta defence and just strike a ball up forward with no real plan other than trying to clear it and..............the wind just carries it stright over the crossbar!

Of course you just turn around and jog back to your position as if to convey that it was always your intention to split the posts from a 100 plus yards!

Nobody says that they would like to see you winning an All Ireland any more.

You are getting serious grief from people on HS who can't get over your success.

People start saying that you are getting above yourself & will be put back in your rightful position this year.

The crowd boo you and opposition sledge you - the sign of a great player when he can get into the heads of a whole county without trying.

When you are the cause of three scored penalties within the space of 15 minutes against your arch rivals 'Boden in front of the usual big crowd, have your manager take you off, and ye still win!

Hit a nerve there with the dubs!
be great now if another underdog team comes along in the championship and silence the favourites fans again ;)
