Not a hint of an incident in yesterday's game. All Dublin players focused on the job in hand. Connolly's replacement scoring 6pts from play and 6pts from frees. Laois76 (Laois) - Posts: 1270 - 17/07/2017 13:22:33 2018103 Link 7 |
Not really, he is going to add to a very dangerous half and full forward line. TheUsername (Dublin) - Posts: 4445 - 17/07/2017 13:34:28 2018117 Link 0 |
Con isn't his replacement Andrews currently is. There's plenty of room for Con in close with Connolly picking him out from the half forwards Dublin need DC to win 3 in a row - no doubt about it. He'll be back in there as soon as he's ready. Scoring from distance will become important soon enough and no better man than DC when on form off both feet jimbodub (Dublin) - Posts: 20600 - 17/07/2017 13:38:48 2018121 Link 0 |
Nobody is better off without a great player of real quality. Strange how a player who has been pivotal in 4 AIs titles can be considered a liability. poguemahone (Dublin) - Posts: 365 - 17/07/2017 13:48:13 2018133 Link 0 |
He'll be fit and ready to go cos he's ignoring the training ban...... Superglue (Kerry) - Posts: 1283 - 17/07/2017 13:53:32 2018141 Link 0 |

But how on earth can you expect the GAA to police such matters? It would take something so unbelievable arrogant and braizen as, oh I dunno, his own teammate openly stating that they're ignoring the rules, for the GAA to have any incling of what's happening. cavanman47 (Cavan) - Posts: 5012 - 17/07/2017 14:57:32 2018197 Link 1 |

Did the GAA not officially allow him to resume training with Dublin?

It's a reasonable question , truth be told Kildare didn't pull any stunts and went about their business , we were always going to win I'd predicted that earlier in the week , Dermo will add the this group when we meet the big guns Damothedub (Dublin) - Posts: 5193 - 17/07/2017 20:53:51 2018367 Link 0 |
Pity Comerford got no benefit out of the training this summer. Assuming Dublin win the next day out. There will be some roar from the Dublin fans in Croke Park were Connolly to come on as a sub in a semi final. I can't see Dublin beaten this year. 4 in a row might be a bridge too far though. Don't mind them superglue, they open a thread on the MAIN page and then tell posters to mind their own business, that's gas all together.
