Let's move Kerry into Leinster with immediate effect. Over the next decade the country will get to see plenty of the Dubs as they go to through the backdoor qualifier route. Leinster is basically pointless so if bringing kerry into it makes it actually exciting for once I'd be all for it. The other teams with or without kerry aren't going to win so it makes no odds.
