1st time in the Louth Centre of Excellence yesterday & very surprised to see to shocking quality of all 5 pitches playing surfaces,they where abysmal ,one player referred to them as a Cow Pat ,why on earth would you spend so much money on a centre like that & then just stop maintaining it ,absolutely mind boggling,holes in the goal nets & then to add further insult to the teams playing they actually had a football stopped net behind the top goal on the main pitch ,so all the sliothars went straight through ,No top county or county aspiring to reach the top with have grounds like this ,absolute shambles

They spent a lot of money making it and I believe they still have debts to pay. I don't think they currently have the money to maintain it properly but at least they have it.

I'm sure in future when all debts are paid off they'll be maintaining it properly.

If they don't maintain it it'll cost another pretty penny to revamp it in a few years.
