He will have enough to do watching the players on the pitch never mind the time wasting tactic Jim Gavin will use in the 2nd half, what was it he done last year? Oh ya for a lot of Mayo kick outs in the 2nd half he put on a sub to waste time, now he has every right to put on subs but he didn't put on any subs when Cluxton was taking a kick out, didn't spot this until it was mentioned on the national media after the replay last year riverboys (Mayo) - Posts: 1389 - 06/09/2017 23:20:54 2043684 Link 0 |
Thats not time wasting!!! The time is added on hence you seen 4 or 5 minutes added time? What it is is good tactics. And why oh why would he do it to slow down Cluxo's kick outs?? witnof (Dublin) - Posts: 1604 - 07/09/2017 09:00:33 2043712 Link 1 |
You're right, he does have every right to put on subs.

Rochford should say nothing in fact don't be even speaking to the media until after the game, let the players do the talking on the pitch, if they are good enough they will win, if not they will lose, talking sh##e is only stirring up trouble riverboys (Mayo) - Posts: 1389 - 07/09/2017 11:40:49 2043763 Link 0 |

A massive advantage to Dublin as they know how he whistles a game. Hard to see how they could have given it to him based on previous stories. No surprise in the appointment though. moc.dna (Galway) - Posts: 1212 - 07/09/2017 12:17:53 2043784 Link 2 |

Awww, thank you pet, I hadn't you down as the religious type with your bless. Anyhow you won't even need God on your side as the Gaa will ensure the Juggernaut keeps rolling. The rest of the country just hope that Mayo will win but the odds & everything else are stacked against them. I stay far away from religion, too many sheep in everything nowadays.

The interviews are from the team media night. The media outlets will choose to use them/release them when they see fit. Just something to be aware of over the next ten days. ; )
