I ain't gonna get involved in this one. Me and gotmilks ceasefire is holding, so in the words of john Cleese. Don't mention the war :). Match itself, I expect a reaction from Meath today after throwing away the game in cork and particularly McEntee comments, it won't be easy but Meath to prevail (hopefully) royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 26/03/2017 07:51:39 1971068 Link 0 |
Kildare promoted, they wont do us any favours in salthill, so Galway along with them. Unfortunate from a Meath perspective as I think we would cope. But sure that's football . royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 26/03/2017 17:50:18 1971277 Link 0 |
You did indeed take points in navan. A 18 point defeat :).

We are away to Clare, for Galway it's sime achieve a win or draw against Kildare and your up, if you lose and Meath win in Ennis we would go through on the head to head result, personally I feel ye will win and go up, the defeat to Down in Newry will most likely prove very costly for us

What do you mean by that?? Our game in Galway will not be motivated by keeping Meath up or down. O'Neill might rest a few guys and we have a number of injuries already. Kildare will be playing to win against Galway, no doubt about it. St.Conleth (Kildare) - Posts: 1700 - 26/03/2017 18:31:09 1971313 Link 0 |
It certainly won't this is a very tidy Clare outfit

Ahh would go away out of that Kildare will put out a experimental team. Galway will win at their will.

It's great you have such confidence in a team that are at best average division 3 material. Hard luck today we gave you a lesson on how to play football.

Don't know how the hell Fermanagh beat them last week!! ....they're very athletic as well.. St.Conleth (Kildare) - Posts: 1700 - 26/03/2017 19:16:06 1971356 Link 0 |
They are , I like their style. I'm not having a pop at Fermanagh, but what the hell is gone wrong there? Honestly they were like a team that never played together before today' royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 26/03/2017 19:27:22 1971363 Link 0 |
I agree but it's not Kildare's problem they have the job done. We blew our chance with an atrocious performance in Newry. Anyway not the end of the world I feel like we have really been improving since that game and can look forward to the championship hopefully finishing well with a win in ennis.

Yeah as soon as I seen the scores today i thought promotion looking very slim. As long as we show that intensity in the championship I'm happy though

Oh yeah. Fair play to Kildare, we shouldn't be needing other results to go our way to get promoted. Down game ended it unfortunately.

Nope a green one , the old tayto Park one. Gotmilk. What has gone wrong with Fermanagh? Jesus man you were poor today. Have you lots of injured players? Quigley was out of it to today. What has changed in a year? Despite the slagging of last few years , it was good to see Fermanagh competitive, and I got to say I felt sorry for the fans that travelled today. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 26/03/2017 19:48:39 1971384 Link 0 |
