standard is terrible in general.

Serious amount of whinging from James Horan. Oh they really don't like Ulster teams winning.

Doesn't seem to be a rule breaker these days, many have got away with it in the modern era, unless they changed the rules and didn't tell us.

If Tyrone beat Down and Monaghan beat Carlow who will Down play in round 4B? They will have played both Armagh and Monaghan already in the Championship. Will a draw be required?

Congrats to Armagh they applied the squeeze second half and won quite comfortably in the end. It's wrong from the poster who called Tipperary gutless we've had a fantastic 18 months and were still there at the end trying to force extra time. Proud of our boys and best of luck to Armagh. McGeeney I hope gets the respect he deserves I like him as a coach and of course he was involved with our hurlers and well respected in my view.

That's never ever been a foul.

You could say that alright. Made some poor decisions against both sides

Great to see Tipp doing so well last couple of years but delighted for Geezer and his team.

How's that now?

I haven't seen Tyrone play that dirty in many a year.

But sure you will probably treat it like the u21 final and try to blame the opposition even though all video evidence shows you to be the instigator.

One of many! Does anyone know the rules and could they run them with us?

Congrats the Armagh, the best team won today. A simple change of tactics when they were chasing the game made all the difference.

When are the GAA going to sort the refereeing performances.

Should the GAA get ex-players to referee the games?

Fair play to Armagh went four points down and changed tactics and took over the game. Tipps lads were easily dispossed again and again in the second half hard to know if it was Armaghs tackling or tipps poor handling there were a lot of fouls given away by Armagh in the end. The better team won on the day.

Have to agree this game was won on the line, Geezer got it spot on in the second half .The standard of that refereeing was Poor.Fair play to Armagh and best of luck in the next round.

Wally in all fairness your the only one here saying Tipp are dirty and it wasn't even a dirty game.
Both teams I think would even say that. I don't know what game you were watching.
Bringing up the U21 final is another ridiculous comment it has nothing to do with today's game and that game Tipperary have moved on and Tyrone got utmost respect when they visited Thurles later that year in the qualifiers too.
Relations between Tipperary and Tyrone are as good as ever.
