Unbelievably predictable. Glad I only invested 10 seconds of my time on this fixture. Killarney.87 (Tipperary) - Posts: 2513 - 25/06/2017 17:08:21 2004820 Link 0 |
I know its not going to make much difference but the referee is having a dreadful game. He booked manion for what wasn't even a foul, and o garas yellow card was also very questionable as to whether it was a free even. Looked a fair side to side tackle to me. Poor overall in my opinion 890202 (Wexford) - Posts: 1278 - 25/06/2017 17:10:36 2004822 Link 0 |
It's Dublin FFS, it's what they do. Very uncouth and rough.

I stopped paying attention well into the first half, only positive is some of the point taking of the Dublin forwards even if there isn't pressure on the kicks, it a good example of how take scores from different angles. Less said of westmeaths set up the better. Like a lot football matches these days you need to get forward quicker. Spoddgy (Mayo) - Posts: 660 - 25/06/2017 17:16:02 2004827 Link 0 |

No one benefits from this, not Westmeath who are being slaughtered on national tv, nor Dublin who'll undoubtably get flack for being too well funded, or supported, or whatever the critique is this week. festinog (Galway) - Posts: 3097 - 25/06/2017 17:25:21 2004832 Link 0 |

Dublin which is basically a province have no business playing in leinster every year. I hope the gaa are proud of their endgame. massive funding of Dublin and under funding of everyone else has really paid off! Attendances are shocking. Only 12,000 at meath v Kildare and only 33,000 watching that snoozefest today. Jack_Goff (Meath) - Posts: 2920 - 25/06/2017 17:42:04 2004847 Link 4 |

I see plenty of matches at underage level club and school where stronger teams hammer weaker teams with barely a sub used or much thought about easing up... So I don't have much sympathy when it happens at adult level..players know what thy are letting themselves in for...they have a choice if they don't like it so don't feel sorry for them....that's sport, like life it's not always 'fair'...whatever that means. conordee (Galway) - Posts: 440 - 25/06/2017 17:51:09 2004853 Link 1 |

Did you post the same thing after some booing in last night's game in Armagh too? Or is it only when a team is 17 points that booing isn't OK in your opinion?
