Personally feel Kerry showed a lot more of their hand, kick out strategy, different midfield approach

They were desperate for that win as could be clearly seen by the end, and also the way they celebrated ( like winning an All Ireland), its almost like they got that out of their system at the wrong time of year..

Ya I agree, I think we'll have taken some heart from beating ye in crokepark and that defeat will knock any complacency out of yer lads that might have crept in .

At the end of the day we have more questions to answer I think.

But they won't be answered till July 2nd in the Munster final against either tipp away or cork away.

Should be a good Championship every county has something to prove and hopefully Dublin will be competitive.

I'm still buzzing from the U21 All Ireland win, great start to the year.

Its a tricky one picking out semifinals this year, have a feeling the quarterfinals will not be as straight forward affairs as previous years.

You will have two of Monaghan, Tyrone and Donegal likely in there. And one of Mayo and Galway. In addition to anything surprising that the Leinster and Munster Turkey shoots throw up (though i cant see it being much).

Cheers MonaghanGlory. And best of luck to your Farney Army. It would be brilliant to see Sam finally land up in your neck of the woods.

We had a great league ourselves which I think surprised most within the county. It was a disappointing end to the U21 campaign but the Dubs were fantastic on the day as well. I think we could win Ulster which with all the turnover in the panel and the youth in the squad now would be a massive achievement.

It's exciting times for us but as always Ulster will be a dogfight. I think we're as good as anyone else in the province so it will be about putting back-to-back performances together. My gut is telling me that in spite of any hype over a potential Donegal-Tyrone semi final, it'll be Monaghan crowned champions come July. I've no real reason for that other than being seriously impressed with them in the league, obviously Hughes is a big loss but no matter what has been thrown at them as a panel in recent years, O'Rourke seems to always have them ready and competitive.

Ulster - Tyrone. I think too much is being read into league form.
Dublin - Dublin. No opposition in the east yet.
Connacht - Mayo. So close last year but still a major contender.
Munster - Kerry. Cork do not appear to be anywhere near Kerry.

Semi Finals - Dublin, Tyrone, Mayo, Kerry
AI; Tyrone

Tyrone have an excellent chance of winning all Ireland due to weaknesses elsewhere ie; Kerry not performing on big days and Dublin being a tired team

Dublin have proved to be a tired team given their resources available its fair to say they should be dominitaing week in and week out. Tyrone outplayed them in league and only for poor REF would have won. lookout for Dublin to come back in a few years

There's about as much hope of Tyrone winning all ire as Meath. It ain't going to happen my friend. Tyrone know what they need to do to be competitive for.winning all ire again, but will they is the big question.

Dubs are rightly favorites but it won't be easy for three.

Tyrone kicked it away against Mayo last year. Their league form is irrelevant if not appealing they are well capable of beating the Dubs in Croker as long as they hit form up front. Great outside bet.

Kerry again well capable of going all the way.

Fancied Mayo last year and they will do some damage but they will never ever get a better route to an all Ireland than last year. Their ship may have sailed.

Hopefully Donegal can make it a top five this year.
After that Galway have the most talented players by far but they need a better more attacking gameplan. Matter of time before they bridge the gap.

A Back to back, tired team, that's just come of a 36 game unbeaten streak, if only we could win every week. :)

Mayo to finally win the thing (If they play mid-fielders in mid-field) and wonder what all the fuss was about. Dublin, on a potential collision course with a more physical Meath team and 2 Ulster teams in the quarter and semi finals, to be caught on the hop by either Monaghan or Donegal (they won't be caught by Tyrone after the league)
Leinster- Dublin - be great to see a more physical Meath back in the final taking lumps out of each other
Ulster - Heart says Monaghan head says Donegal
Connacht - Mayo
Munster - Kerry
All Ulster semi final Tyrone/ Monaghan/Donegal, Mayo v Kerry in the other
Winner - Mayo

Leinster Dublin
Munster Kerry
Connacht Mayo
Ulster I tipped Tyrone earlier in the year but it's a tossup between Tyrone, Donegal and Monaghan
I expect Kerry v Mayo semi with Kerry victories
The 2nd semi Dublin v Tyrone if they win Ulster if through the back door then they could meet the dubs in quarterfinals with a Tyrone victory
Final Kerry v Tyrone with the Kingdom as All Ireland champs
