alano - people just want the league and the club championship and womens gaa to get the proper coverage it warrants...th

they do on tg4 and eir sport - plus the 21s where they show around 9 games plus schools and colleges and a truckload of womens games - the coverage is brilliant as is their rugby and keeps me in tune with the ould mother tongue

im as big a gaa nut as a rugby one - i played both allme life and coach both -love them equally so i do and i live for the day limerick hurlers may win liam and footballer do munster

i do but the limerick ones are a bit depressing at present for obvious reasons and i dont like naming players and criticising them on such a forum when the lads are training their socks off, -just doesnt feel right ..anyway this ones is a lot more fun ..tis more fun than all the rugby forums as well

Cooking programmes sell and are very good.
Rte can't compete in the market today. Sure when the BBC can't compete what hope do RTE have?

Just in case people were wondering rte will be airing another rugby documentary from last year about the new Zealand win after the France match so that will be 2 documentaries about rugby test matches aired on the national broadcaster within the space of a few months..I believe this kind of thing not the sport is what draws the ire of many

Lets keep Seo Spoirt on TG4 for starters. And let us get a TV and Radio advertising campaign extolling the virtues of Gaelic football also. A bit like the Guinness Rugby ads. Slán
