Welcome Noel! Do we know for sure if these injuries happened because lads were going full bore in training games? We got bullied by Roscommon and Horan probably wants to make sure it doesn't happen again. You can't have lads minding themselves in training either but hopefully our shorter term injured players will be back soon.

I'd be weary if this OP is even from mayo...1st post and all. Fact is players get injured, we are currently going through a rough time of it but it happens....people forget these Mayo players have a lot of mileage on the clock.

Back in 92 the mayo training consisted of pushing cars. A return to that perhaps?

It's Belclare or one of the other WUMS with another profile.

That's safe if you are pushing down a hill with nobody in front. Seriously though unfortunate for the player and Mayo-Hope he has a speedy recovery.

A Noel Connelly - Aidan O'Shea name combo too. Very suspicious......

Sure bud. You post more on Mayo than Mayo posters.

As the Japanese Army used to say, "train hard, fight easy".

(Although probably didn't work out too well for them in the end now that I mention it.....)
