Meath Gaa Gesture To Bereaved Donegal Families

(Oldest Posts First)

On a night where for the many of us there, sport probably took a second seat, a very classy and nice gesture by Meath gaa presenting 4 candles before the minute silence, I know the many donegal gaels around me appreciated the gesture, and while I and many in Meath have a few choice words for our cb at times, it is only right to praise them when they do something like this. I took a little extra care on the roads home last night with those 4 young men foremost in my thoughts. Rip and condolences to family friends and donegal people.

It was a big deal for us for Meath to acknowledge the tragedy this way. Massive respect to the Meath county board for thinking about the bigger picture. Good luck going forward this year.
